Psychologist
"
"Choosing the right Psychologist can be a very scary business. It is particularly difficult if you're feeling vulnerable and it can be hard to imagine how a 'complete might be able to help you. Crating a good connection and understanding is always my first aim in order to establish trust and start an open and honest dialogue"
I am a dedicated Psychologist with over 25+ years of experience working across diverse
psychological fields, age ranges, in both public non-for-profit sectors.
Believe it or not my journey began at the age of 13 when I developed a passion for psychology,
when reading books about people in adverse circumstances and how they coped.
My focus is on understanding your unique life circumstances, thoughts, and emotions which
shaped your individual journey. My objective is to provide tailored support and assistance for
you, empowering you to navigate your challenges and reach a resolve for the issue you are
struggling with.
I have a warm, down to earth, approachable, and compassionate demeanour fostering a nonjudgmental environment that encourages you to speak freely and openly.
Being an immigrant in this country and at times having “walked a road less travelled”, in my own
life, has enriched me with a deep understanding of people with diverse backgrounds and
lifestyles. This has given me the ability to connect empathetically and naturally with clients
from all walks of life.
I believe by fostering that safe and trusting environment, we can work together to explore your
experiences and facilitate meaningful growth to the person you want to be.
